ITINERARY | Places to visit

Day 1: safari from Arusha to Tarangire national park.

Our 4 Days Lodge safaris in Tanzania starts after breakfast, later depart to Tarangire for full day game drive. You will reach the main gate and after registration, you will depart into the park for game safari drive, it will take you both morning and evening games drive before the drive back to the lodge, Dinner, and Overnight at Maramboi Tented Lodge (FB)

Day 2: Tarangire to Serengeti national park.

Today you will have morning breakfast followed by long journey safari to Serengeti via the Ngorongoro crater – Conservation Area. It will take us to about seven hours to reach the main gate. In your way, you will have an option to pass via Olduvai Gorge to learn about the historic and ancient Zinjanthropus. Midday lunch at the Naabi gate picnic site. After lunch continue with the game drive in the Serengeti National Park till evening. Dinner and a hot shower will be served at the park before overnight at Serengeti Kati Kati Camp or similar

Day 3: Safari from Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater.

Early morning game drive at Serengeti park and thereafter after breakfast, check out and depart and enjoy game drive to Ngorongoro Conservation area arriving early evening transfer to Ngorongoro Farm House for dinner and overnight.

Day 4:  Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha – Airport

After an early breakfast, you will descend over 600 meters into the crater to view wildlife. Supported by year-round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area supports a vast variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephants. Another big draw card to this picturesque national park is its dense population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopard, which sometimes requires a trained eye to spot. We will visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner, which is one of the main features of the crater. A large number of flamingos, hippos and other water birds. Late afternoon ascend the crater and transfer to Arusha town or drop off at the airport.
